French Toast

    Ingredients:

    • 4 thick bread slices
    • 2 eggs
    • 2/3 cup milk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • Butter for frying
    • Powdered sugar and fruit for serving

    Preparation:

    1. Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.
    2. Heat butter in skillet over medium.
    3. Dip bread in mixture, both sides.
    4. Fry 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
    5. Repeat with remaining bread.
